First time I hear about a bug like that. Can you check what's inside the www/pictures/sv_actors folder? There should be one file in there, called aida_test.png.

I'm stuck in the headquarter task in south downtown and i searched everywhere but nothing there and (wip) next to the task
there is no entrance to the headquarters yet, and it will not be located in downtown or in armageddon city.

I keep seeing prompts about Unlocking Scene? How do I check out said scenes after unlocking them?
There's an item called A.I.D.A. Memory Bank in your inventory, use it to get to the gallery. Use it again to get out.

I've run into a bug. Whenever I am in combat, Aida is just a black square

Ok so I found the folder you were talking about. It is under www/img/sv_actors and I found an aida_test.png and an aida_test(1).png.
Im gonna try deleting one of the copies and see if that resolves anything
